Bye bye HD

With your help, the HDs will be sent to the doctor using a private transporter tomorrow :) I'm crossing my fingers like hell.
I'm hoping to have an answer about recovery chances at the beginning of the next week.
By the way, the Nectarine Revival is in Progress.
Peach has been selected to think about a new 'clear and clean' web interface. For now 2 coders have been selected to work on the new engine.
I contacted Scamp about his hosting offer and some facebook friends offered their help too.
We need more coders PHP/AJAX, maybe specialized ones. Feel free to sign up :)

thanks for your effort!
i hope this comments survives a long moment xDD
I'll keep my fingers crossed for the HDD rescue of course. If you need a PHP and AJAX coder, you can always ask me, I'm willing to help.
I am currently in the middle of bringing squarewave, a chiptune radio station online. I'd gladly throw my resources at nectarine though - we should chat - send me an email.
We have some neat ajax developments on the testsite that you should know about. We did some ajax framework that lets the server send the clients 'update events' of elements that need to be reloaded.
This means that changes can easily be 'pushed' to the clients. This can handle the
queue changes, the current playing, the oneliner - anything really, as long as you give them unique id's and a rendering function to render their inside.
This already work for a oneliner and the queue/current playing/history at test sites.
This is great news!
Thanx for all the effort you guys put into this :)
Every day without nectarine is a sad day...so please keep up the good work.
Cheers
If you need advanced php / mysql help then I'd love to be involved (8+ years professional php coding experience)
I would love to help out nectarine in any way. I do ajax / php / mysql dev for a living (especially interface-related stuff, e.g. dojo toolkit). Just give a shout!
